Booking and Payment

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure: Full refund minus $100 processing fee. Cancellations made 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

Travel Requirements

Participants must have valid identification and any required travel documents. You are responsible for meeting all health and safety requirements for your road trip.

Liability

Pro Adventure Trip acts as an agent for transportation, accommodation, and other travel services. We are not liable for acts or omissions of these third-party providers.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
